Forza Horizon 4 Demo – PC Result, Pretty Nippy.

Forza Horizon 4 has a playable demo out now on Xbox One and PC. But we’re gonna very quickly touch upon the PC version.

You can play the demo seen at E3 introducing the seasons, as well as more afterwards!

It seems incredibly well optimised, and looks beautiful!

Running on my system which has an i7-8700k, EVGA 1070 SC2, 16GB of DDR4 ram, it didn’t seem to have any hassle and this is all running at 1440p too!

The built in benchmarking tool proves that you really should not worry about playing Forza Horizon 4 on your PC…

Forza – No more loot boxes and paid tokens

Turn 10 announced today the prize crates will be removed from Forza Motorsport 7.

The studio also said that tokens, the purchasable in game credit, will not be added to Motorsport 7 or Horizon 4.

“While we’ve never charged money for prize crates in Forza Motorsport 7, their presence in the game has continued to be a source of controversy. The overwhelming feedback has been that this system feels out of place in the game. After careful consideration, we have decided to completely remove prize crates from Forza Motorsport 7,” Turn 10 studio head Alan Hartman wrote.

“Similarly, paid tokens—which were a part of previous Forza games—will not be coming to Forza Motorsport 7 or Forza Horizon 4.”

Whilst the removal of prize crates won’t be immediate, earlier this month Turn 10 unlocked more than 100 previously exclusive cars, and removed cars from the prize crates altogether.

“The current lineup of prize crates offer no competitive advantage and only offer Driver Gear suits, Mods and badges, and these crates will remain in place until crates are removed entirely,” he wrote.
